摘　　要：共同富裕是中国共产党人矢志不渝的追求。党的二十大强调,中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化。面向第二个百年奋斗目标,要准确把握新发展阶段促进共同富裕的科学内涵,从静态和动态、绝对和相对、单维和多维等范畴明确促进共同富裕的阶段目标和长期目标。党的领导是实现共同富裕的根本保证,要践行以人民为中心巩固党的长期执政地位,不断提高党驾驭经济工作的能力,着力夯实社会主义经济基础。高质量发展是促进共同富裕的前提,高水平安全是促进共同富裕的保障,要构建统筹高质量发展和高水平安全的新发展格局,以新发展理念引领经济高质量发展,以高水平安全守住发展底线。促进共同富裕要始终把握人民富裕程度普遍提升和财富分配差距相对缩小的准则,围绕增强均衡性和可及性完善促进共建共享的体制机制,对收入分配进行合理的实质性调节,着力缩小城乡和区域差距,扎实推进基本公共服务均等化。Common prosperity is the unswerving pursuit of the Chinese Communists.The Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China stresses that Chinese modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all.Facing the Second Centenary Goal,it is necessary to accurately understand the scientific connotation of promoting common prosperity in the new development stage,and clarify the stage goals and long-term goals of promoting common prosperity from the categories of static and dynamic,absolute and relative,uni-dimensional and multi-dimensional.The leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for achieving common prosperity,and it is necessary to practice putting the people at the center to consolidate the Party’s long-term governing status,continuously improve the Party’s ability to govern economic work and focus on consolidating the foundation of the socialist economy.In order to promote common prosperity,it is necessary to always adhere to the principles of universally improving people’s wealth level and relatively narrowing the wealth distribution gap,perfect the institutional mechanism for promoting co-construction and sharing around enhancing equilibrium and accessibility,reasonably and substantively adjust income distribution,focus on narrowing urban-rural and regional disparities,and solidly promote the equalization of basic public services.
