“通关利窍”皮内针法联合穴位点按在中风后吞咽障碍患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察“通关利窍”皮内针法联合穴位点按对中风后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及生活质量的影响。方法将100例中风后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,两组患者都给予常规药物治疗及康复治疗,观察组在此基础上给予“通关利窍”皮内针法联合穴位点按。比较两组患者治疗前后吞咽功能及生活质量等的改善情况。结果洼田饮水试验评分治疗前后差值观察组为(1.70±0.89)分,对照组为(1.02±0.89)分,t=3.824,P<0.001。吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表评分治疗前后差值观察组为(31.14±22.97)分,对照组为(12.04±11.17)分,t=5.288,P<0.001。结论“通关利窍”皮内针法联合穴位点按能有效改善中风后吞咽功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective Observing the effect of"Tong Guan Li Qiao"intradermal acupuncture combined with acupoint pressure on swallowing function and quality of life of patients with post-stroke dysphagia.Methods A total of 100 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were taken as the study subjects,and were divided into 50 cases each in the observation group and the control group by using the randomized table method.The patients in the two groups were given conventional medication and rehabilitation treatments,while the observation group was given the"Tong Guan Li Qiao"intradermal acupuncture combined with acupoint pressure.The improvement of swallowing function and quality of life before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The difference between pre-and post-treatment of Kubota's drinking water test score was(1.70±0.89)in the observation group and(1.02±0.89)in the control group,t=3.824,P<0.001.The difference between pre-and post-treatment of Swallowing Quality of Life score was(31.14±22.97)in the observation group and(12.04±11.17)in the control group,t=5.288,P<0.001.Conclusion"Tong Guan Li Qiao"intradermal acupuncture combined with acupoint pressure can effectively improve swallowing function after stroke and improve patients'quality of life.
