摘  要:深部采煤工作面沿空巷道围岩变形控制困难,巷道围岩往往呈现非对称变形,需要深入研究该类巷道高效支护技术。以淮南矿区某矿2331(1)工作面轨道顺槽为工程背景,首先探究巷道所处地层应力及围岩物理力学性能,依此为基础进行巷道支护参数模拟比对,选取方案三非对称巷道支护参数,可显著提高巷道非对称支护对围岩变形控制效果。最终给出该沿空巷道非对称支护设计参数,进行现场工业性试验应用,矿压监测数据显示围岩控制效果良好。研究成果为类似深部地层沿空回采巷道的高效支护提供技术参考。It is difficult to control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the goaf roadway in deep coal mining faces,and the surrounding rock of the roadway often exhibits asymmetric deformation.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the efficient support technology of this type of roadway.This article takes the 2331(1)mining face of Pansan Mine in Huainan Mining Area as the engineering background.Firstly,the geological stress and physical and mechanical properties of the surrounding rock where the roadway is located are explored.Based on this,the design and simulation of the roadway support parameters are carried out,and it is concluded that the asymmetric support of the roadway has a significant effect on controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock.Finally,an asymmetric support design for the goaf roadway was proposed,which was applied in engineering and combined with feedback from mine pressure monitoring to achieve good support results.The research results provide technical reference for efficient support of goaf mining tunnels in similar deep strata.
