摘 要:根据李家壕煤矿的地质水文特点,采用大直径反井钻井施工工艺对李家壕煤矿大直径立井进行了施工,钻井设备选用北京中煤矿山工程有限公司研制的BMC600型反井钻机。从李家壕煤矿井筒、巷道、硐室的具体情况出发,选择反井钻机的配套设施,针对井下施工的难点,提出大直径反井钻井施工工艺相应的解决办法,探索出一条适用于李家壕煤矿大直径反井钻井施工的工艺路线。According to the geological and hydrological characteristics of Lijiahao Coal Mine,the construction technology of large diameter raising shaft drilling method was used to construct the large diameter shaft of Lijiahhao Coal Mine.The drilling equipment was BMC600 type raise-bore machine developed by Beijing China Coal Mining Engineering Company Limited.Starting from the specific situation of the shaft,roadway and chamber of Lijiahao Coal Mine,the supporting facilities of the raise-boring machine was selected,and the corresponding solutions of the construction technology of large diameter raising shaft drilling method were put forward in view of the difficulties of underground construction,and a process route suitable for the construction of large diameter raising shaft drilling method in Lijiahao Coal Mine was explored.
