摘　　要：浙江缙云抽水蓄能电站500kV出线洞及中低压电缆洞斜井段,为国内首条小倾角反井钻机施工工程,该工程采用北京中煤矿山工程有限公司自主研发的BMC400型反井钻机进行全程施工。介绍了施工过程中出现的各种问题,并提出了有效的解决方案,为后续该类型工程的施工提供了技术借鉴。The inclined shaft section of 500 kV outlet tunnel and middle-low voltage cable tunnel of Jinyun Pumped-storage Hydroelectricity in Zhejiang province was the first small dip raise-boring machine construction in China,and the BMC400 raise-boring machine independently developed by Beijing China Coal Mine Engineering Company Limited was adopted for the whole construction in the engineering project.This paper introduced various problems in the construction process in detail,and put forward effective solutions,which provided technical reference for the subsequent construction of this type of project.
