摘 要:本文主要通过实验介绍造纸白泥、钛白酸性废水及酸碱中和特点。实验以造纸白泥和石灰为中和剂,采用“造纸白泥+石灰”两段中和+曝气沉淀工艺处理钛白酸性废水,确定了中和过程最佳的中和时间、中和剂投加量及曝气时间。结果表明,该工艺技术是可行的,具有良好的经济效益和应用前景。优选工艺条件为:第一阶段,在100mL废水中加入3g造纸白泥,中和时间为15min,处理后废水pH为5.43;第二阶段,继续投加生石灰粉0.65g,中和10min,曝气30min,静置20min,最终得到pH为7.30的水质,各项指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级排放要求。This paper mainly introduces the acidic wastewater and acid-base neutralization characteristics of papermaking white mud and titanium dioxide.The experiment uses papermaking white mud and lime as neutralizers,and uses a two-stage neutralization of"papermaking white mud+lime"+aeration sedimentation process to treat titanium dioxide acidic wastewater.The optimal neutralization time,dosage of neutralizer and aeration time are determined for the neutralization process.The results indicate that the process technology is feasible,with good economic benefits and application prospects.The optimal process conditions are as follows:in the first stage,3g of papermaking white mud is added to 100mL of wastewater,with a neutralization time of 15 minutes,and the pH of the treated wastewater is 5.43.In the second stage,continue to add 0.65g of quicklime powder,neutralize for 10 minutes,aerate for 30 minutes,and let it stand for 20 minutes.Finally,the water quality pH is 7.30 and other indicators are obtained,all of which meet the secondary discharge requirements of the“Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard”(GB 8978—1996).
