摘  要:在千万吨常减压异地扩能改造过程中,关于塔底高温泵的平面布置、管道应力及泵进出口荷载一直是配管设计中的难点。本文以实际案例为基础,探讨了塔底高温泵在管道设计中应注意的问题,并结合以往的设计经验,通过应力分析软件CAESARⅡ对泵出入口荷载、管线应力、塔管口法兰泄漏进行计算、校核、验证,并提出了合理的解决方法。In the process of 10 million tons atmospheric and vacuum expansion and modification in a different location,the layout of the column bottom high temperature pump,piping stress,pump inlet and outlet loads have always been difficult points in piping design.Based on practical cases,this paper explores the issues that should be paid attention to in the piping design of the column bottom high temperature pump,and combines previous design experience to calculate,check and verify the pump inlet and outlet loads,piping stress and column nozzle flange leakage by using the stress analysis software CAESARⅡ,and proposes reasonable solutions.
