摘 要:丙烯制冷压缩机系统是石化装置烯烃分离装置的关键系统之一,其制冷过程中介质温度经历自72.2℃至-40.6℃的工况,存在大量低温管道,合理的管道设计对装置的正常运行有着重要的意义。本文探讨了丙烯制冷压缩机系统的管道设计,提出了设计时应把握的原则;同时,从参数设计、方案布置、应力分析、支吊架设计等方面,深入分析了丙烯制冷压缩机系统的设计要点,为今后类似系统的管道设计提供了参考依据。The propylene refrigeration compressor system is one of the key systems in the olefin separation unit of petrochemical plants.During the refrigeration process,the medium temperature undergoes operating conditions from 72.2℃ to -40.6℃,and there are a large number of low-temperature pipelines.Reasonable piping design is of great significance for the normal operation of the plant.This paper explores the piping design of a propylene refrigeration compressor system and proposes principles to be followed during design.At the same time,from the aspects of parameter design,scheme layout,stress analysis,support and hanger design,in-depth analysis is conducted on the design points of the propylene refrigeration compressor system,which provides a reference basis for future piping design of similar systems.
