摘　　要：以海南自由贸易港知识产权法院审判法庭综合大楼项目为例,深入研究法院设计的发展方向以及创新思路。法院建筑虽发展较晚,但随着民众法治意识的加深,新型现代法院建筑设计应注重人性化、公共形象和后期改造等方面的考虑。通过合理的设计,可以提高法院的工作效率,减少对环境的影响,展示法治的精神,确保安全和保密,为司法事业的发展提供有力的支持。Take the comprehensive building project of the Intellectual Property Court of Hainan Free Trade Port as an example to con‐duct in-depth research on the development direction and innovative ideas of court design.Although court buildings developed relatively late,with the deepening of public awareness of the rule of law,the design of new modern court buildings should focus on considerations such as humanization,public image,and later transformation.Through reasonable design,the efficiency of court work can be improved,the impact on the environment can be reduced,the spirit of the rule of law can be demonstrated,safety and confidentiality can be ensured,and strong support can be provided for the development of the judicial industry.
