摘 要:位于广州番禺的湾区中心总部大型综合体,包含1栋超高层办公公寓塔楼、2栋超高层住宅塔楼及商业裙房,结构采用不分缝处理,整体形成大底盘多塔结构。重点对1#主塔楼的主要结构特点进行了详细阐述,介绍了其结构设计的主要过程以及相关抗震设计方法,重点分析了抗震设计过程中的概念设计,解决了斜柱设计、大底盘超长裙楼设计等重点问题,通过不同的计算程序进行对比分析,对关键构件及重点部位采取了加强措施,分析结果表明,该超高层塔楼可满足预定的抗震性能目标,各项分析指标均能满足现行规范要求。It is located in a large complex of the central headquarters of a bay area in Panyu District,Guangzhou City,including one super high-rise office tower,two super high-rise residential towers and commercial podiums,the structure adopts non split treatment,form‐ing a large chassis multi tower structure as a whole.Focuses on the main structural characteristics of the 1#main tower,introduces the main process of its structural design and related seismic design methods,focuses on the conceptual design in the seismic design process,solves the key problems such as the design of inclined columns,the design of large chassis and super long podium building,and through compara‐tive analysis of different calculation programs,takes strengthening measures for key components and key parts.The analysis results show that,The super high-rise tower can meet the predetermined seismic performance objectives,and all the analysis indicators can meet the re‐quirements of the current specifications.
