摘 要:为探究不同施氮量对甘蔗糖分的影响以及探索冠层高光谱估测不同施氮条件下的甘蔗糖分的可行性,本研究以桂糖42号和桂柳05136为研究对象,设置了4种施氮水平(N0、N1、N2和N3),采集了新植蔗成熟前期的冠层高光谱和糖分数据,分析了不同施氮水平对甘蔗糖分的影响及冠层光谱与糖分的相关性,建立了基于冠层光谱特征参数的糖分估测模型。研究结论如下:随着氮肥水平的提高,甘蔗的糖分含量与冠层原始光谱和一阶微分光谱的红边至近红外波段反射率的变化趋势一致,先上升后下降。甘蔗糖分与原始冠层反射率在红边至近红外波段的反射率呈极显著正相关,而345~735 nm范围内的反射率与糖分的相关性不强。基于植被指数建立糖分的多种函数拟合估测模型,其中RDVI构建的二次项函数模型的拟合效果最好,R^(2)达到了0.835,具有较强的估测甘蔗糖分能力。研究结果可为甘蔗糖分的快速估测提供有效的科技支撑。In order to explore the effect of different nitrogen fertilization on cane sugar content and explore the feasibility of cane sugar estimation in different nitrogen fertilization by canopy hyperspectral,in this study,four nitrogen fertilization(N0,N1,N2,N3)were set up with Guitang42 and Guiliu05136 as the research objects,canopy hyperspectral data and sugar data of new planting sugarcane in the early maturing period were collected,the influence of different nitrogen fertilization on cane sugar content and the correlation between canopy hyperspectral reflectance and sugar content were analyzed,and the sugar content estimation models based on canopy spectral characteristic parameters was established.The results were as follows:as the nitrogen fertilization increased,the changing trend of the sugar content of sugarcane was consistent with red-edged to near-infrared reflectance of the original canopy spectrum and the first-order differential spectrum,which rised first and then fallen.Cane sugar content was positively correlated with the original canopy spectral reflectance of the red edge to near-infrared band,while the reflectance of the range of 345~735 nm was not strongly correlated with sugar content.Multiple function fitting estimation models of cane sugar were established based on vegetation index,and the quadratic term function model of RDVI had the best fitting effect,with R^(2)reached 0.835,which had a strong ability to estimate sugarcane sugar.The research results can provide effective scientific and technological support for the rapid estimation of sugarcane sugar.
