摘　　要：目的:构建人工智能技术辅助肺癌早筛的社会影响评价指标体系,为制定规范化医疗人工智能相关政策提供参考。方法:通过文献分析法和德尔菲法构建指标,并采用层次分析法计算指标权重。结果:两轮专家咨询显示积极性高,问卷回收率分别是100%和93.75%,专家权威系数分别为0.81和0.82,各级专家咨询的重要性协调系数分别为0.204、0.120、0.136(P<0.05)。经两轮咨询以及一致性检验,最终构建了包含“自身条件”“个体关系”“群体关系”和“社会关系”4个一级指标、12个二级指标和36个三级指标的三级评价指标体系。结论:研究构建的评价指标体系具有良好的科学性和适用性,可为人工智能技术辅助肺癌早筛系统临床转化提供量化依据,对探究医疗人工智能的社会影响有一定意义。Objective:To construct a social impact evaluation index system of early screening for lung cancer assisted by artificial intelligence technology,so as to provide a basis for the formulation of standardized medical artificial intelligence related policies.Methods:Indicators constructed by literature analysis and Delphi method,hierarchical analysis was used to calculate indicator weights.Results:The two rounds of expert consultation showed high motivation,with questionnaire recall rates of 100%and 93.75%respectively,expert authority coefficients were 0.81 and 0.82 respectively,and importance coordination coefficients of expert consultation at all levels of 0.204,0.120,and 0.136,respectively(P<0.05).After two rounds of consultation and the consistency test,a three-level evaluation index system containing four primary indicators(including self-condition,individual relationship,group relationship and social relationship),twelve secondary indicators,and thirty-six tertiary indicators was finally constructed.Conclusion:The evaluation indicator system constructed is of good science and applicability.It can provide a quantitative basis for the clinical translation of the lung cancer artificial intelligence early screening system and has significance for exploring the social impact of medical artificial intelligence.
