摘　　要：目的:探究北京市老年人社交媒体使用行为、健康信息分享行为与大五人格类型的关系,为提高老年人健康素养和健康知识水平提供参考依据。方法:对北京市各辖区的60岁及以上老年人开展线上问卷调查。采用k-means聚类分析识别人格类型,应用多因素线性回归模型分析社交媒体使用行为、健康信息分享行为大五人格类型之间的关联。结果:共回收有效问卷1110份。严谨性、开放性得分与社交媒体使用行为正相关(β=0.281,P<0.001;β=0.199,P=0.021),与健康信息分享行为正相关(β=0.220,P=0.001;β=0.191,P=0.006);神经质得分与健康信息分享行为负相关(β=-0.136,P=0.033)。积极型人格的社交媒体使用行为、健康信息分享行为得分均高于消极型人格(P均<0.001)。结论:北京市老年人的严谨性和开放性与社交媒体使用行为、健康信息分享行为呈正相关,神经质与健康信息分享行为呈负相关,积极型人格能够促进老年人的社交媒体使用行为和健康信息分享行为。Objective:To explore the association of big five personality with social media use and health information sharing behavior in older adults in Beijing,so as to provide a reference for improving the health literacy and health knowledge levels of old adults.Methods:An online questionnaire survey was conducted among old adults over 60 years old in several districts of Beijing.K-means cluster analysis was used to identify personality types,and multivariate linear regression model was used to estimate the association of big five personality with social media use and health information sharing behavior.Results:A total of 1110 valid questionnaires were collected.Conscientiousness and openness were positively associated with social media use(β=0.281,P<0.001,β=0.199,P=0.021)and health information sharing behavior(β=0.220,P=0.001,β=0.191,P=0.006),neuroticism was negatively associated with health information sharing behavior(β=-0.136,P=0.033).The positive personality type had higher scores of social media use and health information sharing behavior than the negative personality type(P<0.001).Conclusion:Conscientiousness and openness are positively associated with social media use and health information sharing behavior,while neuroticism is negatively associated with health information sharing behavior.The positive personality type can promote the internet use behaviors of old adults.
