摘  要:针对测定竹叶提取物中总黄酮含量的分光光度法,作出部分优化:以碱性显色体系显色,增加显色剂用量,分别使用芦丁和异荭草苷作为标准品,制作标准曲线,竹叶提取物中总黄酮测定结果存在差异。在浓度0~40 mg/L范围内,芦丁、异荭草苷标准曲线的相关系数(r^(2))分别为0.9999、0.9998,平均加标回收率为97.93%、99.65%,对应测出总黄酮含量分别为30.3%与26.3%,RSD为1.35%、0.7%(n=6)。与高效液相色谱法测定结果比较,实验结果表明用异荭草苷制作标准曲线优于芦丁。In this paper,the spectrophotometric method for the determination of the content of total flavonoids in bamboo leaf extract is optimized.The alkaline color system is used to develop the color,the amount of color reagent is increased,and rutin and isoorientin are used as the standards to produce the standard curves.The results of the determination of total flavonoids in bamboo leaf extract are different.In the concentration range of 0 to 40 mg/L,the correlation coefficient(r^(2))of the standard curve for rutin and isoorientin is 0.9999 and 0.9998,the average spiked recovery rate is 97.93%and 99.65%,the total flavonoid content is 30.3%and 26.3%,and the RSD is 1.35%and 0.7%(n=6),respectively.Compared with the results of high performance liquid chromatography,the experimental results show that using isoorientin to prepare a standard curve is better than using rutin.
