摘  要:建立了测定黄豆中胺菊酯农药残留的QuEChERS(一种快速、简单、经济、高效、耐用和安全的样品前处理方法)-气相色谱串联质谱分析方法。样品粉碎后用水浸泡,加1%乙腈-乙酸和QuEChERS萃取盐包提取、净化管净化,用气相色谱串联质谱仪检测分析,选用多反应监测正离子模式扫描,使用内标法定量。实验结果表明,在0.01~0.30μg/mL线性范围内,相关系数为0.9955,添加浓度水平在20μg/kg、40μg/kg、200μg/kg时,回收率均在90.0%~97.1%,相对标准偏差在7.80%~8.67%。该方法简便、快捷、准确、高效,适用于黄豆中胺菊酯残留量的测定,为食品安全提供保障。A QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of tetramethrin residue in soybeans was established.The sample is crushed and soaked in water.1%acetonitrile-acetic acid solution and QuEChERS extraction salt package were added for extraction,and purification tube was used for purification.The detection was carried out on gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer,the multiple reaction monitoring mode was selected for scanning,and the internal standard method was used for quantification.The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.9955 in the linear range of 0.01μg/mL to 0.30μg/mL.When the spike levels were 20μg/kg,40μg/kg and 200μg/kg,the recovery rate was between 90.0%and 97.1%,and the relative standard deviation was between 7.80%and 8.67%.The method is simple,fast,accurate and efficient,and is suitable for the determination of tetramethrin residue in soybeans.
