摘  要:通过对某药芯焊丝用户焊缝金属试样断口上的白点进行分析,发现白点呈“鱼眼”状,并且主要聚集于Ti-Al-Mn系夹杂物处,焊缝白点实质是由焊缝金属内的扩散氢造成的局部氢脆。通过对比药芯焊丝生产及试验过程各工艺,检测冷轧钢带中氢的含量,采取降低钢带表面涂油量等措施,最终确定焊缝内的扩散氢来源于冷轧钢带表面的防锈油。作为药芯焊丝原料的冷轧钢带,其涂油量应与用户清洗工艺和清洗能力匹配,若未清洗干净被带入药芯焊丝成品中,会导致出现焊缝白点缺陷,影响焊接质量。By examining the white spots at the fracture of weld metal specimenby a flux-cored wire user,it was found that the fish-eye appearance white spots were concentrated at the Ti-Al-Mn inclusions,which clarified that the essence of the weld white spots was local hydrogen embrittlement caused by diffusible hydrogen in the weld metal.By comparing the process points of flux cored wire production and testing,detecting the hydrogen content in the strip,and reducing the oiling amount on the surface of the strip,it was finally fixed that the diffusible hydrogen originated from the antirust oil on the surface of the cold-rolled steel strip.The oiling amount of the cold-rolled steel strip as the raw material for flux-cored wire should be matched with the user's cleaning process and cleaning capacity.If the uncleaned oil is brought into the flux-cored wire,it will lead to the problem of white spots in the weld seam,and affect the welding quality.
