摘  要:储能是电力系统向着高比例可再生能源趋势发展的重要支撑手段,随着可再生能源发电并网量的持续攀升,电源侧储能技术的发展具有重要意义。基于国内电力市场环境分析,以山西省为例,首先开展了新能源电站在电能量市场和“两个细则”下的收益、考核相关政策解读以及储能需求分析;然后,以储能收益最大为目标,搭建了考虑电费、超额获利回收、功率预测精度考核等因素的收益测算模型;最后,对新能源侧储能的收益进行了模拟测算,结果表明:不同的储能配置方案,投资经济性具有较大差异。Energy storage is an important supporting means for the development of the power system towards a high proportion of renewable energy.With the continuous increase in renewable energy generation,the development of power side energy storage technology is of great significance.Firstly,based on the analysis of the domestic electricity market environment,taking Shanxi Province as an example,this paper conducts an analysis of the benefits,assessment policies,and energy storage demand of new energy power stations in the electricity energy market and the“Two Detailed Rules”.Then,a revenue calculation model is established with the goal of maximizing energy storage revenue,taking into account factors such as electricity prices,excess profit recovery,and power prediction accuracy assessment.Finally,the benefit of new energy side energy storage has been simulated and calculated.The result indicates that different energy storage configuration schemes have significant differences in investment economics.
