摘  要:根据某矿山的工程地质条件,结合现有采矿方法,通过Mathews稳定性图解法,得出了稳定状态和崩落状态下的采场长度、极限宽度、暴露面积,从而进行采矿方法结构优化,初步确定了采场结构参数;采用Flac 3D软件对优化后的采矿方法进行数值模拟,对优化的采场结构参数进行了验证。现场工程应用表明:采用优化后的采矿方法,采矿损失率由24.72%降低至17.30%,矿石贫化率由16.91%降低至12.25%,生产能力由400 t/d提高至420 t/d,效果显著,可在同类型矿山中推广应用。According to the engineering geological conditions of a mine,combined with existing mining methods,Mathews stability graphic method was used and obtained the stope length,maximum width,and exposure area under stable and caving conditions,so as to optimize the structure of mining methods.The stope structure parameter is preliminarily determined.Flac 3D software was used to numerically simulate the optimized mining method,and verify the optimized stope structure parameter.Field applications indicate that using the optimized mining methods,the mining loss rate decreased from 24.72%to 17.30%,the ore dilution rate decreased from 16.91%to 12.25%,and the production capacity increased from 400 t/d to 420 t/d with significant effectiveness,showing promising application potential in similar mines.
