摘 要:金属矿山井下卸矿站卸矿过程中产生大量粉尘,污染工作环境。针对某金矿-652 m水平卸矿站粉尘污染进行治理,采取密闭抽尘高效净化与云雾式干雾抑尘相结合的控尘方式,并降低卸矿站落矿高度,同时辅以岗位粉尘浓度超限控制与卸矿作业联动自动化技术。实践表明:卸矿站降尘率达到了90%以上,岗位粉尘浓度满足国家标准要求,可有效控制井下卸矿站粉尘污染。The generation of a large amount of dust during the ore unloading process in underground metal mine unloading stations has a detrimental impact on the working environment.In response to the dust pollution at the-652 m horizontal unloading station in a gold mine,a dust control approach combining closed dust extraction with high-efficiency purification and fog-type dry dust suppression is implemented.Additionally,the unloading height of the station is reduced,and measures such as control of dust concentration exceeding the limit at workstations and automation technology for unloading operations are employed.Practice shows that the dust reduction efficiency of the unloading station exceeds 90%,the dust concentration at workstations meets national standards,and underground mine unloading station dust pollution can be effectively controlled.
