摘 要:旨在对改性木陶瓷去除水中氨氮性能进行研究。改性木陶瓷是以松木为木材原料,蒙脱石和氯化镁为改性剂,在氮气保护下煅烧而成的碳-碳复合材料。采用正交实验设计,分析了各个实验参数对改性木陶瓷氨氮的吸附量影响,并确定了影响氨氮吸附量的显著因素。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、比表面积等测试手段对改性木陶瓷的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,填充重量、酚醛树脂与无水乙醇的质量比、蒙脱石与无水乙醇质量比、升温速率、碳化温度、碳化时间对样品的氨氮去除量影响较大,为显著变量。改性木陶瓷对氨氮的吸附符合准二级动力学模型。Freundlich等温线能较好地拟合改性木陶瓷吸附行为,制备的改性木陶瓷的开口孔隙率为77.4%,孔径以介孔为主,比表面积为12.56 m^(2)/g。实验表明改性木陶瓷能够有效去除水中的氨氮。The purpose of this paper is to study the performance of modified wood ceramics in removing ammonia nitrogen from water.The modified wood ceramic is a carbon-carbon composite material,which is made of pine wood as raw material,montmorillonite and magnesium chloride as modifiers,and calcined under nitrogen protection.The orthogonal experiment design was used to analyze the influence of various experimental parameters on the ammonia nitrogen adsorption capacity of the modified wood ceramics,and the significant factors affecting the ammonia nitrogen adsorption capacity were determined.The structure and properties of the modified wood ceramics were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and specific surface area.The results showed that the filling weight,the mass ratiOof phenolic resin to anhydrous ethanol,the mass ratiOof montmorillonite to anhydrous ethanol,the heating rate,the carbonization temperature,and the carbonization time had a significant effect on the ammonia nitrogen removal of the sample.The adsorption of ammonia nitrogen on the modified wood ceramics conforms to the quasi second order kinetic model.Freundlich isotherm can better fit the adsorption behavior of the modified wood ceramics.The open porosity of the prepared modified wood ceramics is 77.4%,the pore size distribution is mainly mesoporous,and the specific surface area is 12.56 m^(2)/g.The experiment shows that the modified wood ceramics can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen from water.
