摘　　要：锅炉省煤器通过吸收烟气余热提高给水温度和降低排烟温度,能够显著提高锅炉热效率。异型管锅炉省煤器是一种有效的换热器,能强化传热技术。通过研究方管、椭圆管、平椭圆管、六边形管四种典型异型管排换热器的流动传热特性,得出换热能力最优的异型管传热结构,旨在为异型管省煤器的设计提供理论依据。The boiler economizer can improve the boiler thermal efficiency significantly by ab⁃sorbing the waste heat of the flue gas and reducing the exhaust gas temperature.The shaped tube boiler economizer is an effective heat exchanger that can enhance heat transfer technology.The article studies the flow and heat transfer characteristics of four typical irregular tube row heat exchangers:square tube,elliptical tube,flat elliptical tube,and hexagonal tube,and ob⁃tains the optimal heat transfer structure of irregular tubes,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the design of irregular tube economizers.
