摘　　要：目前,对汽车后视镜外壳的注射模设计研究较少,缺乏系统的设计方法和优化方案。以某型汽车后视镜外壳为例,设计了一种注射模,对其结构、浇注系统、成型及抽芯机构、顶出机构、冷却系统和排气系统进行了详细设计分析,望能为汽车后视镜外壳的注射模设计提供参考。At present,there is little research on the design of the Injection mold construction for the rear view mirror shell,and there is a lack of systematic design methods and optimization schemes.Taking a certain type of automobile rearview mirror shell as an example,this paper designs a injection mold construction,and analyzes its structure,gating system,molding and core pulling mechanism,ejection mechanism,cooling system and exhaust system in detail,hop⁃ing to provide a reference for the design of Injection mold construction for automobile rearview mirror shell.
