摘　　要：冷冲压是一种重要的金属加工方法,被广泛应用于制造各种机械产品中。在冷冲压加工过程中,模具料屑是一个常见问题,会损坏切削刃,缩短模具寿命。因此,研究冷冲压模具料屑的产生原因,对提高产品质量延长模具寿命有重要意义。分析了冷冲压模具料屑的产生原因,从多方面提出了相应的处理方法,并介绍了一些国内外在此方面的研究,以期为此领域的研究提供一些参考。Cold stamping is an important metal processing method,which is widely used in the manufacture of various mechanical products.In the process of cold stamping processing,the die material chip is a common problem,will damage the cutting blade,shorten the die life.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the causes of cold stamping die scraps to improve the product quality and extend the life of the die.This paper analyzes the causes of cold stamping die mate⁃rial scraps,puts forward the corresponding treatment methods from many aspects,and introduces some domestic and foreign research in this aspect,in order to provide some reference in this field.
