摘　　要：城镇化进程放缓、房地产红利拐点及疫情等因素使我国建设行业进入发展瓶颈期与调整期。施工企业不再是唯一的建设牵头单位,设计及策划成为项目的领军角色。设计是项目之“魂”,设计管理是决定建设效果和工程质量的首要因素。研究聚焦生态景观建设工程,从行业现状、设计管理现存问题、转型的必要性与可行性等方面进行设计管理策划分析。Factors such as the slowdown in urbanization,the turning point of real estate dividends and the epidemic have caused China's construction industry to enter a period of development bottleneck and adjustment.Construction enterprises are no longer the only leading construction units,and design and planning have become the leading role in construction.Design is the"soul"of a project,and design management is the primary factor determining the construction effect and project quality.Focusing on ecological landscape construction projects,planning of design management is studied from the aspects of industry status,existing problems of design management,necessity and feasibility of transformation.
