摘　　要：建筑装饰工程施工具适用性、专业性的特点。该工程施工对装饰材料要求较高,在施工成本中占据较大比例。为了缩减施工成本,合理规划资金利用,提高工程预算与报价工作质量,为装修企业的长远发展提供支持。本文首先分析建筑装饰工程预算和报价特点,通过人员管理、完善编制制度等内容分析建筑装饰工程预算和报价要点,希望具有参考价值。Building decoration engineering has the characteristics of applicability and profession.The engineering construction has high requirements for decoration materials,which account for a high proportion of the construction cost.In order to reduce construction costs,it is necessary to rationally plan the use of funds,improve the quality of project budget and quotation work,and provide support for the long-term development of decoration enterprises.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the budget and quotation of building decoration engineering,and analyzes the budget and quotation points of building decoration engineering through personnel management and system improvement and preparation,hoping to have reference value.
