摘 要:随着工程技术不断进步,大量新技术、新材料在工程施工中被广泛应用。预应力管桩具有较高的竖向承载力、适中的抗弯性能、良好的连接性能、可靠的沉桩质量、施工工期短等明显优势,受到勘察设计单位和施工单位的一致好评。本文结合实际案例,对预应力管桩在软土地基施工中的质量问题进行深入剖析,并且提出合理的防治策略,确保预应力管桩在软土地基施工质量显著提高。With the continuous progress of engineering technology,a large number of new technologies and materials are widely used in engineering construction.Prestressed pipe piles have obvious advantages such as high vertical bearing capacity,moderate bending resistance,good connection performance,reliable pile sinking quality,and short construction period,and are well favored by survey and design units and construction units.Based on actual cases,this paper analyzes the quality problems of prestressed pipe piles in soft soil foundation construction,and puts forward reasonable prevention and control strategies to ensure that the quality of prestressed pipe piles in soft soil foundation construction is significantly improved.
