摘 要:目的:研究贵州不同产地雪胆属药用植物的药材化学质量并进行综合评价,为遴选药用品质优良的种质资源提供理论依据。方法:对贵州省六盘水、纳雍、织金和凯里等地进行了现场调研;从4个主产区采集雪胆块茎样品,用热浸法对乙醇溶解浸出物进行测定;通过HPLC方法对雪胆甲素、雪胆乙素和竹节参皂甙IVa进行测定;采用紫外光分光光度分析方法,对总皂甙、多糖进行测定。结果:此次采集的雪胆样本中,来源主要包括肉花雪胆、文山雪胆、母猪雪胆和罗锅底等4种,种间活性成分含量存在一定差异;从化学成分的含量测定结果来看,除文山雪胆外,雪胆甲素含量均高于其他成分,可作为含量测定的有效成分。结论:从主成分分析的综合评价来看,肉花雪胆的综合质量评价值最高,可作为雪胆药材基源植物。Objective:To study the chemical quality of medicinal materials of Guizhou medicinal plants of Hemsleyain different origins and to provide a comprehensiveevaluation,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of germplasm resources with excellent medicinal quality.Methods:Field investigation was carried out on Liupanshui,Nayong,Zhijin and Kaili in Guizhou Province;Chinese herbal samples ofHemsleyatubers were collected from four main producing areas,and ethanol dissolved extract was determined by hot dip method,and Hemslecin A Hemslecin B andChikusetsusaponinIVa were determined by HPLCmethod.Ultraviolet spectrophotometric analysis was used to determine the total saponins and polysaccharides inHemsleya.Results:HemsleyaThe samples collected this time mainly included four plants,including Hemsleyacarnosiflora,Hemsleyawenshanensis,Hemsleyavillosipetalaand Hemsleyamacrosperma.There are certain differences in the content of active ingredients in these plants;From the content determination results of chemical components,the content of Hemslecin A inHemsleya plants,except for Hemsleyawenshanensis is higher than other components,which can be used as an active ingredient for content determination.Conclusion:From the comprehensive evaluation of principal component analysis,the comprehensive quality evaluation value of Hemsleyacarnosiflora is the highest,which can be used as the base source plant of Hemsleya medicinal materials.
