摘 要:氢燃料电池动力船是一种新型绿色船舶,航行安全是其成功应用的关键。本文结合水文气象、航道条件、交通管理等指标,从总体目标出发构建了氢燃料电池动力船航行环境安全指标体系,采用多级综合法建立了氢燃料电池动力船航行环境安全指数,对氢燃料电池动力船航行环境安全状况评价提供了评判依据。Hydrogen fuel cell powered ship is a new type of green ship,and navigation safety is the key to its successful application.Based on hydrometeorology,channel conditions,traffic management and other indexes,this article constructs the navigation environment safety index system of hydrogen fuel cell powered ship from the overall goal,and establishes the navigation environment safety index of hydrogen fuel cell powered ship by multi-level synthesis method,which provides a basis for the evaluation of navigation environment safety of hydrogen fuel cell powered ship.
