摘 要:常规船舶甲板电子电气设备故障检测过程中,采用一般信号确定故障位置,造成故障检测结果不确定性高降低了检测效率。为此提出船舶甲板电子电气设备故障检测方法。先确定电子电气设备的结构,并构建电子电气设备故障数据模型,应用电子电气设备的结构信息和设计模型,提取设备故障信号的特征参数,结合数据特征对故障位置信息进行确认,完成电子电气设备故障检测。构建对比实验,结果表明。上述方法摒弃常规检测思路,有效的提高了检测效率,上述方法的检测效率为20个/min,比传统检测方法的检测效率每分钟至少高5个。In the conventional fault detection process of electronic and electrical equipment on ship deck,the use of general signals to locate the fault results in high uncertainty and reduced detection efficiency.A fault detection method for electronic and electrical equipment on ship decks is proposed for this reason.Firstly,we ascertain the structure of electronic and electrical equipment and construct a fault data model for electronic and electrical equipment.Secondly we apply the structural information and design model of electronic and electrical equipment to extract the characteristic parameters of equipment fault signals.Finally,the fault location information is confrimed based on data features and electronic and electrical equipment fault detection is complete.A comparative experiment results indicate that the above method abandons conventional detection ideas and effectively improves detection efficiency.The detection efficiency of the above method is 20 units per minute,which is at least 5 units per minute higher than traditional detection methods.
