摘 要:电站厂房流道断面复杂多变、施工平整度要求高,混凝土浇筑用模板及支撑系统需满足安全性、适用性、经济性。该文以犬木塘水库工程枢纽工程电站厂房为背景,通过基于BIM的流道模板分块设计、有限元分析复核流道专用模板力学性能,实现流道模板高效精确设计及优化,结构满足受力要求,并保证了施工质量,可为类似工程提供参考。The cross-section of the flow channel in the power plant building is complex and variable,with high requirements for construction smoothness.The formwork and support system used for concrete pouring must meet the requirements of safety,applicability,and economy.Taking the power plant of the Quanmutang Reservoir Project as the project background,the efficient and accurate design and optimization of the flow channel template were achieved through BIM based block design of the flow channel template and finite element analysis to verify the mechanical performance of the flow channel dedicated template.The structure met the stress requirements and ensured the construction quality,providing reference for similar projects.
