摘 要:脱硫废水具有水质复杂、高悬浮物、高含盐量以及重金属种类多等特点,是电厂系统末端最难处理的废水,脱硫废水烟道蒸发是未来脱硫废水处理技术中最具经济性的方案之一。通过计算流体动力学数值模拟方法,建立脱硫废水除尘器烟道蒸发模型,对烟道内脱硫废水蒸发特性进行了仿真计算及理论分析。结果表明:废水雾化液滴直径、烟气温度、烟气流动轨迹均会对废水蒸发效率产生较大影响,烟气速度工况变化对雾化液滴蒸发效率影响较小。雾化液滴直径越小,液滴完全蒸发率越高,发生烟道壁面碰壁概率越小,雾化液滴蒸发速率越快;烟气温度越高,雾化液滴的完全蒸发时间越短,液滴在烟道内的运动轨迹越短,雾化液滴蒸发效率越高;当烟气流动方向和雾化液滴同向流动时,雾化液滴蒸发速率较慢,当控制烟气流动方向与雾化液滴切向垂直流动时,单位时间内液滴蒸发速率较快。Desulfurization wastewater,with the characteristics of complex water quality,high suspended solids,high salt content and various heavy metal elements,is one of the most difficult wastewater to treat at the end of the power plant system.Flue evaporation of desulfurization wastewater is considered as one of the most economical solutions in desulfurization wastewater treatment in the future.A flue evaporation model of desulfurization wastewater dust collector is established through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation method.Then,the simulation calculation and theoretical analysis of the evaporation characteristics of desulfurization wastewater in the flue are carried out.The analysis results show that the diameter of the wastewater atomized droplets,the flue gas temperature and the flue gas flow path all have a great influence on the evaporation efficiency of the wastewater.The change of flue gas velocity has little effect on the evaporation efficiency of atomized droplets.The smaller the diameter of the atomized droplets,the higher the complete evaporation rate of the droplets,the smaller the probability of hitting the wall,and the faster the evaporation rate of the atomized droplets;the higher the flue gas temperature,the shorter the complete evaporation time of atomized droplets,the shorter the droplet’s trajectory in the flue and the higher the evaporation efficiency of atomized droplets;when the flow direction of the flue gas and the atomized droplets are the same,the evaporation rate of the atomized droplets is slow;when the flue gas is controlled to flow tangentially and vertically with the atomized droplets,the rate of droplet evaporation per unit time is faster.
