摘　　要：新中国成立以来,中国沿海渔港建设取得了长足发展,从起步建设、重点提升、快速发展、系统提升和高质量发展5个阶段系统总结了中国沿海渔港的建设历程,阐述了取得的重要成效,分析了中国沿海渔港建设面临的渔港防灾减灾体系亟须完善、渔港经济区建设任重道远、渔业综合管理改革亟待加强、渔港环境治理问题日益突出等一系列新形势,从加大沿海渔港和避风锚地布局建设力度、稳步推进渔港经济区建设、加强渔港水产品交易冷链物流一体化项目的建设、促进渔港渔村一体化建设、建设绿色渔港和加快科技创新6个方面提出中国沿海渔港未来的发展重点,对于中国沿海渔港建设具有一定的参考意义。The construction of coastal fishing ports in China has experienced five stages:initial construction,key promotion,rapid development,systematic improvement and high-quality development.Major achievements have been made in the past few decades.A series of new circumstances have been summarized such as the urgent need to improve the disaster prevention and reduction system of fishing ports,the arduous task to construct fishing port economic zone,the active demand to strengthen the reform of fishery comprehensive management,and the prominent problem of environmental protection of fishing ports.After analyzing the situation of future development,this paper puts forward six key tasks,including strengthening the layout construction of coastal fishing ports and wind shelter anchorage,promoting the construction of fishing port economic zone,strengthening the construction of cold chain logistics integration project of fishery products trading in fishing ports,promoting the integration construction of fishing ports and villages,building green fishing ports and accelerating scientific and technological innovation.The paper has important reference significance for the construction of coastal fishing ports in China.
