摘  要:随着数字化改革步伐的推进,数字渔业逐渐成为加快渔业高质量发展的新动能。利用数字化改革最经典的V字模型,结合湖州市渔业发展现状和改革需求,从任务定义、任务拆解、确定牵头/协同关系、建立指标体系、确定数据需求、数源系统、业务协同流程、数据集成流程、业务集成、智能分析、流程监控和系统任务上线12个方面对数字渔业进行分析,通过构建数字化渔业系统和平台,带动养殖户“养好鱼、治好水、卖好鱼”,促进湖州渔业绿色、健康、高质量发展。With the pace of digital reform advancing,digital fishery has gradually become a new driving force to accelerate the high-quality development of the fishery industry.The paper studied the classic V model of digital reform,combining with Huzhou fishery development status and reform demand,analyzed digital fishery from task definition,task dismantling,determination of collaboration relationship,establishment of indicator system,determination of data requirements,data source system,business collaborative process,data integration process,business integration and intelligent analysis,process monitoring and overall task portrait.Suggestions were made on promoting the green,healthy and high-quality development of fishery through the construction of digital fishery system and platform.
