儒家父职的道德属性及其当代反思

摘　　要：儒家父职存在与当前家庭建设并行不悖的丰富思想资源,但学界对此鲜有关注。作为当代中国父职的本土化前身,儒家父职与道德有很强的亲和性关系。因此,通过厘清儒家父职与道德的关系,辨析儒家父职内在道德属性的双重效用的具体内涵,最后结合当前家庭建设现实予以反思,指出需要增进“亲亲之爱”的伦理情谊,培育良好家教家风,消解因道德属性的消极效用造成的家庭性别角色固化、亲子情感疏离等负面影响;同时挖掘道德属性的积极效用中“成己成物”的公共性价值内涵,推动家风国风有机结合,从而实现儒家父职的创造性转化与创新性发展。Confucian fatherhood is a rich ideological resource that goes hand in hand with current family building,but insufficent attention has been paid to it in the academic world.As the localized predecessor of contemporary Chinese fatherhood,Confucian fatherhood has a strong affinity with morality.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the relationship between Confucian fatherhood and morality,by analysing the specific connotations of the dual utility of moral attributes inherent in Confucian fatherhood,and finally reflecting on it in the light of the current reality of family construction,the article points out that it is necessary to promote the ethical bond of"affection for one's kin",cultivate good family education and family styles,and dissolve the negative impacts of the negative utility of morality attributes'effects,such as the solidification of gender roles and the alienation of parent-child emotions,etc.Meantime,we need to explore the public value connotation of the positive utility of moral attribute's effects of"accomplishing oneself and accomplishing other man and things"and promote the organic integration of family and national values,to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of Confucian fatherhood.
