摘  要:目前油田设备测井车主要动力来源为柴油机,不仅能源消耗量比较大,而且对环境造成了相当严重的污染。为了实现碳达峰目标,文中采用电池储能替代柴油机的方式为测井车作业提供动力,以7000 m测井车绞车滚筒的作业数据为基础,分析计算了滚筒驱动电动机的功率和转矩大小,从而得到测井车在测井和射孔2种工况下正常作业1 d的总耗电量,选取了适合的储能电池组,实现了电池储能电驱动技术在测井车领域的应用。At present,the main power source of logging vehicle is diesel engine,which not only consumes a lot of energy,but also causes serious pollution to the environment.In order to achieve the goal of carbon peak,this paper uses battery energy storage to replace diesel engine to provide power for logging truck operation.Based on the operation data of winch drum of 7000 m logging truck,the power and torque of drum driving motor are analyzed and calculated,thus the total power consumption of logging truck in normal operation under two conditions of logging and perforating in one day is obtained.The suitable energy storage battery pack is selected.The application of battery energy storage electric drive technology in the field of logging vehicle is realized.
