摘 要:依据动压润滑理论,建立了瓦块周向偏支系数、瓦块内径等主结构参数为优化目标的点支撑扇形推力轴承的数学模型。采用有限元方法计算瓦块周向偏支系数、瓦块内径等主结构参数对轴承润滑性能的影响。结果表明:随着瓦块周向偏支系数增加,最小膜厚、最大膜压等基本不变;温度显著降低,油膜压力的均匀性有所降低;最小膜厚随着瓦块内径的增大而减小。Based on the theory of dynamic pressure lubrication,a mathematical model of point-supported sector thrust bearings with the main structural parameters such as the circumferential deflection coefficient of the tile and the inner diameter of the tile is established for optimization.The finite element method is used to calculate the influence of main structural parameters such as the circumferential deflection coefficient of the tile and the inner diameter of the tile on the lubrication performance of the bearing.The results show that with the increase of the circumferential deflection coefficient of the tile,the minimum film thickness and maximum film pressure are basically unchanged.The temperature is significantly reduced,and the uniformity of the oil film pressure is all reduced.The minimum film thickness decreases with the increase of the inner diameter of the tile.
