摘  要:跨座、空轨等单轨车辆轨道梁一般以高架等形式敷设,沿线周边不易设置疏散平台,车辆逃生疏散比地面轨道车辆难以实现。文中借鉴航空应急逃生梯工作原理,将充气式逃生系统首次引入轨道交通领域,对其充气方式、气囊刚度、防滑及防侧风等关键技术开展深入研究,打破传统的功能界限,开发了一种简单、快速、普适性强的高空逃生系统,并提出了关键指标及性能的设计及验证方法,为单轨车辆提供了一种有效的逃生保障。The track beam of monorail vehicles such as straddle and empty track are generally laid in the form of overhead,and it is not easy to set evacuation platforms around the line,so it is difficult for vehicles to escape and evacuate than ground rail vehicles.This paper uses the working principle of aviation emergency escape ladder for reference,introduces the inflatable escape system into the field of rail transit for the first time,conducts in-depth research on its key technologies such as inflation mode,airbag stiffness,anti-skid and crosswind prevention,breaks the traditional functional boundaries,develops a simple,fast and universal high-altitude escape system,and puts forward the design and verification methods of key indicators and performance,it provides an effective escape guarantee for monorail vehicles.
