小尺寸切削齿PDC钻头在吉南区块硬地层中的应用

摘　　要：处于吉木萨尔凹陷南部阜康断裂带上的吉南区块属于油气勘探新区,该区块前期已钻井均存在钻速低、周期长等问题,严重制约了区块勘探进程。为此,针对区块内尤其难钻的二叠系梧桐沟组、红雁池组地层开展了个性化的小尺寸切削齿PDC钻头设计与应用,并经萨4等井的现场应用验证了该新型钻头的有效性,不仅起下钻顺畅无遇阻,而且实现了难钻地层的一趟钻钻穿,机械提速达174%,经济效益极佳。Personalized small size PDC bit design and application have been carried out for the Permian Wutonggou Formation and Hongyanchi Formation strata that are difficult to drill in Jinan Block on the Fukang fault zone in the south of Jimusar Depression.The field application of Sa4 well verifies the effectiveness of the bit.Not only is the tripping smooth without obstacles,but also the drilling of the strata that are difficult to drill has been realized in a single trip.The mechanical speed increases by 174%,and the economic benefit is excellent..
