摘  要:传统的管线材输送收卷的最佳工作状态需要收盘电动机驱动的管线盘收管速度、扩张装置的扩管速度及输送电动机驱动的管线盘放管速度三者保持一致。然而,由于管线盘半径随着管线材渐渐地放管和收管而变化,它们的速度不能保持一致,会造成管线材被拉伸或堆积,影响其质量或收卷工作。文中设计了一种装置可以对管线材不同高度位置进行检测,实现管线材的无张力放收。该装置小巧轻便且适合标准化制造,可以在中低速电动机的自动化流水线中广泛采用。The optimal working state of traditional pipeline conveying and winding requires that the pipe laying speed of the pipeline reel driven by the conveying motor,the pipe expanding device and the pipe taking-up speed driven by the closing motor should be consistent.However,as the radius of the pipeline reel changes due to the gradual unwinding and winding of pipeline wires,their speeds cannot be kept consistent,resulting in the stretching or accumulation of the pipeline wires,which affects their quality or winding work.This paper designs a device which can detect the position of pipeline at different heights,and realize the tension-free retraction of pipeline.The device is small and light,suitable for standardized manufacturing,and can be widely used in auto production line of medium and low speed motors.
