摘　　要：庆阳市具有丰富的文化旅游资源和独特的地域特色,但是文旅产业相比周边地区却发展相对不足,酒店等基础设施的不完善和缺乏特色与吸引力是重要原因。基于自然通风系统设计了体现庆阳窑洞特色的“窑洞式酒店”、重现黄土高原“夏日之夜”的“露营式酒店”、充分利用农村闲散农院和别墅的“庭院式民宿”与“别墅式民宿”。由硬件系统和软件系统组成的基于百叶窗的自然通风系统为酒店营造舒适、清凉和劲爽三种恒定体感的自然健康生活体验。此文旅小地产项目的实施与利用将有力促进庆阳文旅产业的发展。Qingyang City has rich cultural and tourism resources and unique regional characteristics,but the cultural and tourism industry is relatively underdeveloped compared to the surrounding areas.The imperfect infrastructure such as hotels and the lack of characteristics and attractiveness are important reasons.The article designs a“cave style hotel”that reflects the characteristics of Qingyang cave dwellings based on natural ventilation systems,a“camping style hotel”that recreates the“summer night”on the Loess Plateau,and a“courtyard style homestay”and“villa style homestay”that fully utilize rural idle farmyards and villas.The natural ventilation system based on louvers,composed of hardware and software systems,creates a comfortable,cool,and refreshing natural and healthy living experience for hotels.The implementation and utilization of this cultural and tourism small real estate project will effectively promote the development of Qingyang’s cultural and tourism industry.
