摘　　要：近年来,中国城市步入了城市化高速发展的新时期,“单位大院”作为计划经济体制下的产物目前面临着一系列困难。梳理了单位大院的产生和发展,提出高校单位大院环境普遍存在的问题,探索研究高校单位大院景观规划设计方法。并以金陵科技学院幕府校区为例,根据基地现状分析、使用人群需求分析,提出以“互融”为基础的设计目标。“互融”是一种互相交流、合作和共同发展的关系,可形成整体性和协同性的效果。结合交通互融、空间互融、资源互融、管理互融等策略,优化其空间结构,促进资源共享。在保证科研私密、生活安全的同时,保留单位大院的特点,增强校内人员的归属感,保留人情味,最终打造一个互助互融,共同发展的景观空间,为高校单位大院适应新的发展时期提供参考。In recent several years,Chinese cities have entered a new period of rapid urbanization,and the“unit compound”as a product of the planned economic system is now facing a series of difficulties.This paper compares the emergence and development of unit compound,analyzes the unit compound of university,explores and researches the landscape planning and design methods of university unit compound in view of the problems of mixed school residence and insufficient site function.Taking the Horticulture Station of Jinling Institute of Technology as an example,the design goal based on“intergration”is proposed based on the analysis of the current situation of the base and the analysis of the needs of the users.“Intergrity”is a relationship of mutual communication,cooperation and common development,which can form a holistic and synergistic effect.Combining the strategies of intergration of transportation,intergration of space,intergration of resources and intergration of management,we optimize the spatial structure and promote the sharing of resources.While ensuring the privacy of scientific research and the safety of life,it retains the characteristics of the unit compound,enhances the sense of belonging of the university personnel and retains the human touch,and finally creates a landscape space for mutual assistance and development,which provides reference for the university unit compound to adapt to the new development period.
