摘　　要：基于山西广大农村乡镇存在大量的老旧自建砖混房屋的问题,介绍了农村自建砖混房屋的现状,从鉴定依据、鉴定流程、鉴定内容的角度,对这类房屋的安全性和抗震性能鉴定进行思考分析,提出加固修缮思路,结合某地区典型自建砖混房屋进行了安全性和抗震鉴定实例分析,并提出了切实可行的加固方案,对于山西地区同类农村自建砖混房屋的安全评估、防震减灾及加固改造有一定的参考意义。Based on existing large number of old self built brick and concrete houses in rural townships of Shanxi Province,this paper introduced the current situation of self built brick and concrete houses in rural areas,from the perspectives of appraisal basis,appraisal process,and appraisal content,considered and analyzed the safety and seismic performance appraisal of such houses,proposed reinforcement and repair ideas,combining with a typical self built brick and concrete house in a certain area,analyzed the safety and seismic appraisal examples,proposed practical and feasible reinforcement plan,had certain reference significance for the safety assessment,earthquake prevention,disaster reduction,and reinforcement and transformation of similar rural self built brick and concrete houses in Shanxi region.
