摘 要:通过对底部框架结构自建房屋的调查,大多数底部框架结构自建房存在抗震墙缺失的现象,为了更好地为此类型自建房的鉴定加固改造提供一些参考意见,从近年来的标准变化对抗震鉴定的影响和需要注意的关键点进行了论述,并通过一个实例对比计算,分析了增设抗震墙对提高底部框架结构自建房抗震性能的效果,结果表明:增设抗震墙能够有效改善底部框架结构房屋上下刚度突变较大的缺陷,从而提高其抗震性能。探讨了增设抗震墙的几个可操作的改造方法,作为自建房抗震改造的参考意见。Through a comprehensive investigation of self-constructed residences featuring bottom frame structures,our research has unveiled a prevalent deficiency in the form of missing seismic walls within this category of dwellings.The objective of this study is to furnish valuable insights that may guide the identification,fortification,and refurbishment processes concerning such self-built houses.This article delves into the repercussions brought about by recent alterations in seismic standards,delineates essential considerations,and,through a practical illustration,conducts a comparative analysis.Specifically,we scrutinize the efficacy of incorporating seismic walls as a means to enhance the seismic performance of bottom frame structure homes built by individuals.Our findings indicate that the addition of seismic walls substantially ameliorates the inherent shortcomings pertaining to abrupt variations in upper and lower stiffness in bottom frame structure houses,thereby elevating their seismic resilience.Furthermore,our study explores several viable retrofitting methods for implementing seismic walls,thereby serving as a valuable reference for the seismic retrofitting of self-built residences.
