摘 要:随着近年来国家和行业协会对预制化和装配化结构的推广,预制T梁+现浇T型盖梁的结构形式在高速公路桥梁建设中得到了广泛应用。为满足日益增长的交通需求,新建桥梁桥面宽度不断拓宽,亦导致T型盖梁结构尺寸不断增大,对现场T型盖梁施工提出了更高的要求。结合某高速简支梁桥,对大尺寸T型盖梁的托架设计和结构受力进行了探讨分析,同时介绍了项目T型盖梁的关键施工技术。With the promotion of prefabricated and assembled structures by the state and industry associations in recent years,the structural form of prefabricated T-girders+cast-in-place T-cover girders has been widely used in the construction of highway bridges.In order to meet the increasing traffic demand,the width of the new bridge deck is constantly widened,which also leads to the increasing size of the T-girder structure,and puts forward higher requirements for the on-site T-girder construction.This paper discusses and analyzes the joist design and structural stress of large-size T-cover girders in the context of a high-speed simply-supported girder bridge,and introduces the key construction techniques of T-cover girders in the project,which can be used as reference for the construction of the same type of bridges.
