摘　　要：装配式建筑是指由预制构件在工地现场装配而成的建筑,其在建筑工程中显现出较大的优势,也给建筑从业者带来了新的挑战。文章介绍了某办公大楼装配式建筑工程施工质量监理控制案例,探索了建立装配式建筑全过程质量监控体系,研究了装配式建筑施工关键技术及质量控制要点,以期为装配式建筑施工管理从业人员提供参考。Prefabricated buildings refer to buildings assembled from prefabricated components on site,which have shown significant advantages in construction engineering and also bring new challenges to construction practitioners.The article introduces a construction quality supervision and control case of a prefabricated building in an office building,explores the establishment of a quality monitoring system for the entire process of prefabricated buildings,and studies the key technologies and quality control points of prefabricated building construction,to provide reference for practitioners in prefabricated building construction management.
