摘 要:我国饮用水现有标准体系对饮用水安全保障工作起到支撑作用,同时也存在问题。从饮用水安全保障工作面临的问题、技术发展、饮用水安全事故等方面出发,本文对比ISO和英国标准体系,分析饮用水安全保障工作对标准化的需求。考虑标准化管理体制、标准化改革方向、现有标准构成、标准需求和标准体系专业特点等影响因素,构建对应于“水专项”饮用水安全保障技术体系的标准体系,并对体系提出发展建议。China's current drinking water standards system plays a supporting role in ensuring drinking water safety,but there are also problems.This paper analyzes the demand of drinking water security for standardization from the aspects of the problems faced by drinking water security work,the development of drinking water security technology,the accidents of drinking water security,the comparison between ISO and China Standard System,and the comparison between British and China Standard System.Considering such factors as standardized management system,standardized reform direction,current standard composition,standard demand and specialty characteristics of the standard system,and constructing the standard system corresponding to the technical system of drinking water safety guarantee for"the National Water Pollution Control and Treatment Science and Technology Major Project"and put forward the development proposal to the system.
