摘  要:为了支持电镀行业的可持续发展,积极选用零排放技术对电镀污水进行针对性处理,减少有毒有害物质含量,符合环保要求后实现资源回收再利用,最终实现零排放目标。基于此,文章从电镀污水处理中零排放技术的应用展开分析,以某项目电镀生产线的污水分流单独预处理后,经由三段浓缩、蒸发器蒸发结晶、RO产水回用于生产线,实现废水回收和利用,在满足生产和排放需要的同时,还可有效降低成本,带来更大的效益。In order to support the sustainable development of electroplating industry,zero-discharge technology is actively selected for targeted treatment of electroplating wastewater,reduces the content of toxic and harmful substances,and realizes the recycling of resources after meeting the requirements of environmental protection,and finally achieving the goal of zero discharge.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of zero discharge technology in the treatment of electroplating wastewater.After separate pretreatment of the wastewater of a project electroplating production line,the wastewater can be recycled and utilized in the production line through three stages of concentration,evaporation and crystallization of evaporator,and RO water production.In order to meet the needs of production and discharge,the cost can be effectively reduced and greater benefits can be brought.
