摘  要:为解决项目相向悬挑空中钢结构连廊安装难题,根据案例认真研究空中散拼技术及整体提升技术特点,裙房、幕墙对整体提升在空间位置上的影响,项目团队研究将两榀悬挑桁架段中间加固、地面拼装成整体后提升就位连接,拆除临时加固杆件的方法,解决空中大跨悬挑钢连廊安装难题。整体提升时投入1套液压同步提升系统,包括计算机控制系统、泵原系统和液压提升器等。In order to solve the installation problem of the opposite overhanging steel structure corridor in the project,based on the case study,the characteristics of the aerial loose splicing technology and the overall lifting technology,as well as the impact of the podium and curtain wall on the overall lifting in spatial position,were carefully studied.The project team studied the method offixing the ground in the middle of two overhanging truss segments into a whole and lifting them in place for connection.Temporary reinforcement rods were removed to solve the installation problem of the large span overhanging steel corridor in the air.During the overall lifting,one set of hydraulic synchronous lifting system is put into operation,including a computer control system,a pump original system,and a hydraulic elevator.
