摘 要:为了使红外镜头能够在更宽的温度范围内工作,在红外光机系统设计时就要充分考虑温度对光学性能的影响,并进行光机热集成分析。机械无热化红外镜头的诞生解决了传统红外镜头在高低温下,由于温差原因产生不同的离焦量导致镜头成像质量下降的问题。文章以2款机械无热化红外镜头为研究对象,对其进行了机械件随温度变化的特性分析,并在机械主、被动型无热化红外线镜头结构设计的基础上,对机械结构进行研究,预测光机系统随温度变化的变化量,对光机系统进行设计具有重要的指导意义。In order to enable infrared lenses to work in a wider temperature range,it is necessary to fully consider the impact of temperature on optical performance and conduct optical mechanical thermal integration analysis when designing infrared optical mechanical systems.The birth of mechanical non thermal infrared lenses solves the problem of degraded imaging quality of traditional infrared lenses due to different defocusing amounts due to temperature differences at high and low temperatures.In this paper,two types of mechanical non thermal infrared lenses are studied,and the characteristics of their mechanical components as a function of temperature are analyzed.Based on the structural design of mechanical active and passive non thermal infrared lenses,this paper analyzes the mechanical structure and predicts the variation of the optical mechanical system with temperature,which has important guiding significance for the design of optical mechanical systems.
