摘  要:本文基于机械基本原理,通过螺纹传动,设计并制作了一个大直径高精度孔的手动校准装置。本设计采用手动加工的方式,避免了对大孔加工精修机床精整加工又存在二次找正和易损坏线圈等问题,也大大提高了能加工大孔的范围,提高了效率,同时实现了绿色低碳环保,避免能源和材料的浪费,减少机床消耗,进而降低加工成本,解决电机生产企业遇到电机壳体大直径高精度孔精修问题。Based on the basic principles of machinery,this paper designs and manufactures a manual calibration device with large-diameter high-precision holes through thread transmission.This design adopts manual processing method,avoids the problems of secondary correction and easy damage to coil for large-hole processing and finishing machine tool finishing,and also greatly improves the range of large holes that can be processed,improves efficiency,and also realizes green,low carbon and environmental protection,avoids waste of energy and materials,reduces machine tool consumption,and accordingly reduces processing costs,and solves the problem of large-diameter high-precision hole finishing of motor housings encountered by motor manufacturers.
